By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

3. Product information

India Originals strives to describe and present products as accurately as possible.
All of our products are handmade. Small variations in color, shape or finish may occur and are considered part of the unique character of the product.

4. Prices

All prices listed on the website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

India Originals reserves the right to change prices.

5. Orders

An agreement is formed once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.

India Originals reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or misuse.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available on the website.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.

7. Delivery

India Originals aims to dispatch orders within the indicated timeframes. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

8. Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the product without giving a reason.

After cancellation, customers have another 14 days to return the product.

9. Liability

India Originals shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit resulting from the use of our products.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website including text, images, logos and designs is the property of India Originals and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
